The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

I must say that the place exceeded my expectation. Room was very clean staff was very helpful with good manners and always with smile which means a lot for us as its telling the staff is happy there. This kind of business we want to support. Food served in the highest standard never seen that display of chooses, Deffinitely whoever is managing that putting hart into it. Interior of the place very cosy rooms are nice and worm. Perfect for couple romantic nights away. I want to say bug thank you for making our stay amazing.

Apartment was very clean, spacious, well furnished and modern with great views of the ski slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful to book taxi service for us. Resort has a restaurant which serves very decent quality food that can be delivered to your room. Location is further in from the main road so the resort is very peaceful and quiet.

We loved the cleaning and the modernism of the aparthotel. We had everything we need in the room. Thw beds are confortable if you like to be soft bed. The couch in the living room is harder but comfortable. The location is very quiet. Very close to the slopes 4-5 minutes with car. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is full with a lot of sortiments. In the lobby is very nice they have lots of drinks and very good deserts. The spa is very clean and confortable and modern

Everything is so fresh and cozy! Seems like it was opened yesterday. Nice host, very empathic. My child had a fever and they accepted a late checkout with no charge. SPA area is very good, it comes for free for 1 hour for each stay.

    An amazing stay with helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, and a great spa. The design of the hotel is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the apartment is stunning.     I had a great time staying at this apartment hotel during my winter vacation in Białka Tatrzańska. The hotel was nice and had an elevator, which was convenient for carrying my luggage and ski equipment. The location was close to the ski lift, so I could easily access the slopes and enjoy the snow. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. I also liked the jacuzzi and sauna, which were a nice addition to relax after a long day of skiing.

    This property has to be at the top of the places I’ve visited! The private on-site jacuzzi and sauna really allow you to relax. The rooms are clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need throughout your trip. The guest house is located super close to a grocery store and the center of the town! I can’t recommend this site enough!
