The receptionist I met first Mr Raphael could not have been more helpful and pleasant! I had a particular requirement for parking and he spent a lot of time with me trying to fix it when he certainly wasn't obliged to and the issue was resolved! I was then graciously welcomed into Hotel Maxim feeling more like a friend than a guest, I commend you Sir! There were some renovations and a wedding party but my room was quiet and comfortable throughout my four night stay. All round a genuinely pleasant place to be with recommendations for good local restaurants while theirs was being upgraded. I will look forward to staying again in the future, Bravo!
