The rooms were good size, modern and well equipped. The swimming pool and surrounding was great, bit too warm perhaps only as it's an indoor one. Staff was super helpful and got us a kettle so we could get some boiled water for the baby bottle. Breakfast was also one of the best we had in hotel accommodation.

Amazing surroundings around the hotel, with beautiful views from the room as well. The breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of options to choose from—buffet-style on the weekend, while on Monday they took orders for eggs and pancakes. The beds were very comfortable, and we were offered free parking in the garage. The outdoor jacuzzi and indoor saunas were great. The staff at the reception were very welcoming, and the sangria at the hotel bar was delicious.

This hotel is located in Unhais da Serra, a village tucked away in Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It features a large landscaped pool, and specializes in spa and wellness treatments.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

Marta and her team were such great hosts. They were patient, gracious, attentive and very generous. They helped us with our rental car issues and followed through (even after checking out) just to make sure we were alright and had reached our destination safely. We are so thankful for their generosity and kindness. The property was also gorgeous to say the least. Every detail was meticulously yet subtlely well thought out. We had the most comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view from our room was to die for. Needless to say, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Once again, kudos and obrigada to Marta and team.

This Hotel is just amazing! The host family is incredibly friendly and kind, and the restaurant next door is also really good with very good value for money (try the veal a la casa!). The spa is also really nice and easy to use, with nothing to be missed! We wanted to extend the stay, but they were booked out for the rest of our time in Portugal (for good reason).

We were the only guests. The host and hostess were very attentive, but not intrusive. Bed was very comfortable. Room good size, excellent temperature control, wardrobe, fridge. Shower was amazing - large, hot and good temperature. Breakfast was exceptional....yoghurt, museli, fruit, cheese, meats, eggs, bacon, cake, coffee, juice... couldn't ask for more.
