Great very remote location with a spectacular view of the alqueva lake. Comfortable bed and a very nice room. Friendly and very helpful staff. From check in to check out everything was great! We particularly loved the dogs (Estrella!) and the very quiet pool area. If you want to relax in the middle of nowhere this is the place to be!

The location and views were stunning. Lovely really big room and bathroom. Lots of added thoughtful touches. Staff really friendly and helpful. Sad we only had just 1 night there.

Gorgeous house, retaining loads of old features, very clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Perfect location with a stunning view of the castle from the house and patio. You can park right at the front door from 6pm until 11am. The owner was very nice and extremely responsive and helpful.

Stunning location. We were lucky to have one clear sunset as it rained most of the time we were there. Perfect spot just down the road from the castle. Communication with hosts was excellent.
