A highly recommendable hotel with pleasant, helpful, professional staff. Extremely well-kept comfortable rooms with excellent soundproofing. Bathrooms with wonderful spacious rainshowers. The Douro restaurant is bright and comfortable and serves a quality and varied buffet breakfast. Their dinner menu is also to be recommended as they have delicious Portuguese dishes.

This hotel is full of special touches that made my stay exceptional. I was greeted warmly by the staff and given a tour of the property. The bar and flower room are great places to enjoy a drink and snack. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean each day. Located on a less busy street meant it was quiet at night as well. The breakfast was fantastic: Full English, fresh fruit, pastries, local treats, yogurts, meats and cheeses, even eggs cooked to order. The sauna, pool and loungers very nice after a day of sightseeing. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

One of the best hotels I stayed at. They designed the room so well. For a small hotel in a tight location, everything was well designed and thought off. The staff were extremely attentive and would make you feel welcome at every turn. Really appreciated the hospitality.

This place really is a hidden gem. I travel a lot and it’s one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. First of all everything is extremely clean and you can tell they really put a lot of love and effort into their place. There was some food for breakfast and some Port wine as a welcome gift. They put a lot of effort in the details, like a little ribbon that had a personal message. The room itself is like a mini apartment, small and cute but with everything you need like a kitchen, a table, an amazing rain shower and a super comfy bed. The garden is simply beautiful and it’s such a peaceful place, even while being within a 15 minute walk from the center. The neighbourhood around is also very nice and you can find everything you need close, like a supermarket and some restaurants. You need to pay €5 to use the jacuzzi but to be honest I kind of liked that, as they need to heat it and are not using unnecessary energy, and also you will be alone in the jacuzzi or with the people you choose. Besides that it’s also extremely clean, way cleaner than if they would leave it on all day and let everyone go in and out. Overall it was a lovely lovely stay and I can’t wait to come back. Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and plenty of space in a quiet area. Nice balcony run thes length of the apartment with access from all rooms .Lovely shutters on the very tall windows with a view of the garden and pool. Great showers. and 2 bathrooms a. bonus. There is also a large desk area for working. Ample kitchen equipment with a good sized kitchen. Breakfast is continental and dropped to your door so you can eat it when you like. This apartment is big enough to live permanently. Its 5 mins walk to metro and from there one stop brings you to a major station connecting you to all routes including the airport line which takes about 30 mins directly to the airport. The location is a good 15 min walk to the main area of the old town. Porto is so beautiful highly recommend visiting but be aware extremely hilly and there are a lot of cobblestone streets. Great find at a good price.

    We stayed as a group of 8, arrived late (around 1:30 am). The staff were incredible and the rooms were both comfy and quiet. The pool and hot tub a lovely place to relax after walking several miles a day around the city. Proximity to almost everything cannot be overstated. The hotel is a short walk from the famous market which is a must anytime of day and close to various attractions and public spaces.

    A very stylish hotel with every detail thoughtfully designed. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The hotel features a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. We arrived around 8 p.m., and the receptionist kindly reopened the jacuzzi for us, allowing us to enjoy a warm bath under the open sky until 10 p.m. The hotel has its own parking, but there were also plenty of available spaces on the street in the municipal parking. The staff recommended where to order food, and everything was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
