Filo Hotel Wellnes & Spa was the best choice of accommodation to visit the castle in Lăzarea. The spa is amazing, the staff and the owner are extremely kind and helpful, they solved a problem for us better than we could have wished for! Excellent breakfast, restaurant with huge portions at very low prices! Congratulations!

Best location in the Gyergyo mountains. Good breakfast, cozy rooms, very nice people. Outside also nice and beautiful view to the mountains. Hiking possible really near, start from the hotel on foot, just aware of the bears. Its a restaurant also with a really good menu. The water tank was really cool one night, also they can arrange grill parties with many accessories.

Well kept cabins with all you need to enjoy good time around mountains and Red lake. It’s in beautiful area, nights are cold (dhaa, it’s in mountains). Cabins have heater and boiler, plus you can have bbq/fire outside.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house is incredibly spacious and bright, with more than enough room for our group of 8 — everyone had their own space and felt completely comfortable. It’s located in a truly picturesque and peaceful area, with beautiful views all around that made the stay feel extra special. The amenities were top-notch: a lovely hot tub outside, a relaxing sauna, BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed (and more!) for cooking and enjoying meals together. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless — very clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that the shower lacked proper isolation, so water would spill onto the floor after each use. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, though, this house had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!
