We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very nice and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The apartment itself was huge, beautifully equipped with everything one might need, and the terrace was absolutely lovely. The beds were super comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was perfect! The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from Ilius shopping mall, about a 20-minute walk to the pedestrian zone in the city center, and only 5 minutes by car to Amazonia Park. The accommodation is very spacious and well-organized. It has two bedrooms (one is open-plan, without a door), a small living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and an additional lounge area with a sofa. The terrace is large and beautiful – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised to find croissants, fruit, sweets, espresso coffee, and tea waiting for us upon arrival. There is a private parking space right in front of the house. The hosts were discreet, very kind and helpful, always ready to provide useful information. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is quite good. I like that it is served early. As for me, there should be more fruit juices for breakfast. Those that are served at breakfast from plastic bottles are not juices. As for the location of the facility, it is not a tragedy, although you can't get anywhere on foot.
