There was no breakfast or Resturant

The place did not provide any breakfast services but most restaurants are merely within reach - around 5-10 minutes drive given the place was situated in a slightly remote area. Love the swimming pool and the temperature was always warm, which suited the rather cold weather just nice.

The villa was large and clean . The children enjoyed the pool, which was heated. It also had a very good play area in the front garden. Masjid and a small grocery shop near the villa was ideal. Mr Suleman was very helpful with any issues we had and went the extra mile to resolve them. Many thanks to Mr Simbbawah, who was very understanding when the payment was delayed by the bank. Overall a very good stay.

During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the staff and management. I loved the location, ambience, fragrance, cleanliness, spacious arrangement, and friendly staff.It was a comfortable and silent place to spend a weekday or weekend with your family. Nearby this location you have a children's park, and children's water games place. Petrol station, atm machine, bank, supermarket and restaurants easily available in this area.
