The level of hospitality from the staff is so good, the other hotels I stayed in during my stay in Singapore felt like they weren't even trying. Everyone and everything from my very first step to my last second in the hotel was nothing but deep care, kindness, and professionalism. The cleaning staff cleans your room when you're away, even twice sometimes just to tidy up the room - which never or rarely happened in the other hotels I stayed in. The hotel doesn't feel crowded and the room is very silent which is very enjoyable for people who enjoy peace and privacy in hotels. The location is very good, literally 2 minutes by foot to Orchard's main road, same for the subway. The water pressure is very good, which isn't the case for many hotels it seems like. The view was great with plenty of light. The light/curtain controls are awesome and easy to understand, unlike many hotels where it seems like you need to understand how to pilot a spaceship to make one light work. Overall, it was the best hotel I stayed in and I will look forward to going back as soon as I can.

The privacy at the property is something that gets me coming back for more every time. I'm able to have my work/client meetings in the separate lounge room in the Villa, whilst having maximum privacy in the bedroom. The food at Royal china was also amazing - I had to go twice. The in-villa menu has increased in its variety and quality significantly since its grand opening also.

    Breakfast was varied and fresh. I liked the choice of sitting inside the air conditioning or outside in the garden area. The staff were very friendly and attentive! We loved having the separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen areas. It meant we had plenty of space to relax and rest in the apartment after being out in the morning then go out later in the early evening. The big window view of the city lights was great and the pool is very big and inviting!
