Great place, nice views. The only “flaw” is that the beds should all be normal, not water beds :) some of the girls had trouble sleeping. But everything else was great and view is amazing with morning coffee.

    It was a great retreat from city life for the beginning od 2024. The Zerko family is super friendly and welcoming. They lit up the fireplace and prepared a nice welcome for us. Very spatious location with a beautiful view!

    Simply everything was amazing during our stay. It started with a very warm welcome where some history of the house was explained over an excellent home made glass of wine, served with some local delicacies. The house itself is situated in the most amazing surroundings and is equipped with all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Finally, the hosts are amazing and do everything to make your stay perfect. After almost a week, we left the place with a heavy heart. We really felt at home here.

    Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by nature, incredible views of nature and exceptional hosts. The house offers a lot of additional things like a sauna, barbecue, jacuzzi and fireplace, which makes it stand out from many offers. I highly recommend it.

    Extremely peaceful and relaxing place. The hot tub and sauna were great, and using them in the snowfall was absolutely magical. Matej, the host, is also extremely kind, welcoming and flexible. I can only recommend this place.
