I would like to thank to new owners of this lovely place. Their high professionalism and absolutely great human approach made our stay memorable. You can see a huge difference between an old way of managing the place and a new, fresh and enthusiastic way. Breakfast was great, service brilliant and room comfortable. Location couldn't be better. The wellness is just marvelous, one of my fav ever. I like that they have a separate, quite resting room with beds & blankets & candle lights, so you can easily take a spiritual inside journey after sauna & cold plunge. The steam bath has a unique citric smell that gets you cleaned up from toe to the top. The sight from the outside jacuzzi pool is just jaw dropping. They serve free refreshing drinks, water and orange flavored water as well. Rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant & the salon looks like you'd have been in a beautifully designed castle in the 18th century. Liked to stay here very much, will definitely come back again.

    Amazing place!Very friendly and profesional staff, especially receptionists(welcom drink upon arrival).Whole property is very clean ,rooms spacious with everythink you need,wide comfy beds.Best Wellnes and Spa in High Tatras!We really enjoyed cosy pool area and outside jacuzzi. Food was delicious,a lot to choose from,smiley staff -always helpfull.

    Perfect place - with amazing welness & SPA (it was enough space for all guests, very calm and safe, many types of sauna and jacuzzi), a wonderful nature around, very comfortable beds, tasty food. It was short family vacation - and we really enjoyed it there. Highly recommended😊💖 We arrived to Poprad by train - and took taxi to the hotel from the station (it is only one possible transport if you came without a car). It takes about 20 minutes and 15 euro.

    The hotel itself is wonderful and stylish, easy to access, has plenty of parking spaces and the location is beautiful. Our room was sparkling clean and very spacious. Both the breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of foods with some local stuff as well, that we really liked, especially the noodles and dumplings. There is also a nice bar where you can hang out in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. The wellness area has a lot of options, including many types of saunas and an outdoor jacuzzi which was a lot of fun in January.
