From the moment you arrive at the resort, the reception from all staff is very welcoming. Very professional. Their customer service was exceptional. Anything you needed, they went over and above. A special mention to Soi at the restaurant who made sure my baby was always fed. The rooms were beautiful, extremely comfortable, well equipped, clean, and bigger than most. The spa was relaxing, the architecture of the whole place, and mesmerising. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending it.

The location of the villas (on the hill) is very nice and the hotel runs a free shuttle every hour to the beach and city centre. You are away from the noise of the city but only a 10 minute easy drive from the beach. The villa was very clean comfortable (bedroom with ensuite and separate living room/kitchen area). The pool was the perfect size and the water was clean. It also felt very private which was nice. The kitchen in the villa was very functional (microwave, electrical stove, all kinds of plates) and we were provided with bottled water every day which was great. Some of the items in the mini-bar are complimentary which was great. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, best service I ever received in my life.

This was probably the best vacation experience I have had so far (and I have had many). Everything from the welcome and reception, hotel area and facilities, room, pool, breakfast, beach - everything was perfect! Hotel staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful - especially Arizz, Afandi and Mercedes! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! I am planning my next trip to this hotel, this time with kids!     We spent 3 nights in the honeymoon suite and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the private tub / whirlpool situated on our balcony, with a stunning view across Kamala beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and highly responsive. The area is nice and secluded - great for relaxing away from the business of Patong. The main pool was quiet and there was plenty of space to secure a sun bed that overlooks the ocean.

    Position of property was great, room was good size .Balcony had two sun beds on and a table two chairs and great to watch the sunset and to have breakfast delivered to your room . Jacuzzi bath was delightful Pool clean with jacuzzi seating at one end Staff friendly and cleaner was very sweet Close to everything , not a commercialised property

    Although the room was at the ground floor and with direct access to the back street and pool we felt it comfortable. Nice housekeeping every day and the jacuzzi bath is a great plus. Really spacious room and great bed. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast service served in the balcony.

    The room was very well equipped and spacious. Loved the jacuzzi bath and roof terrace. An amazing view from our balcony of the beach. The hotel is right on the beach. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but breakfast is offered. However there are lots of good restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The pool area is kept clean and although small it is a welcome area to swim.
