The room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable and modern, the location was easy walking distance from everything I wanted/needed during my stay, and the owners were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed! The hotel is newly opened (I was the 3rd ever guest!) and so was a little bit hard for me to find at first with Google Maps, but I don’t imagine this being a problem once they have been open for longer and have fixed signs etc! I definitely recommend :)

The most friendly staff! Even the cleaners make a point to greet you. Office staff are more than happy to help with anything at all. Our room was upgraded free of charge and even a large bag of gifts received on arrival! I used the facilities daily, the gym,pool and steam room it was never crowded. Couldn’t have asked for more from this property, all photos on website are true.

Our stay at Phra Singh Village was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We loved everything about this hotel ; the location is ideal, right in the heart of the old city, close to temples, cafés, and the Sunday Walking Street. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful, making us feel truly cared for. We were especially impressed by all the complimentary activities and experiences the hotel offers, from the relaxing massage sessions to the daily tea time ; it really added a special touch to our stay. The property itself is beautiful, calm and very well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. We felt very much at home here. We highly recommend Phra Singh Village to anyone visiting Chiang Mai ; we will definitely return!

We were there already several times and the hotel has a very good location, but is at the same time very quiet. Small hotel with few rooms, great garden and very nice rooms. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast.

The hotel was really beautiful, very clean and the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Especially View and her team, we even got an unexpected upgrade, which was so nice. This hotel is a real 5 star hotel, the cleaning staff is very friendly and does a Wonderfull job, same for the staff at the restaurant, Bar, Gym, and the most beautiful swimming pool. We booked for 4 nights, but decided later to prolong our stay with another extra 4 nights. The hotel is situated at the more quiet side of Chiang Mai, which was very welcome, and right at the river, which gives you a beautiful view while having Breakfast outside. We used first a taxi, tuktuk, uber to end with a rental motorcycle. It just takes 4 to 5 min to be in the busy old city. Just perfect location. We would definitely go back!

Location was great, little bit away from the night markets, but close enough you could walk. Hotel is on a quiet road set in a beautiful garden, nice place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the city and surrounding areas. Staff were great and very helpful. Great cocktails by the pool. Would recommend.

    Beautiful boutique hotel, small but clean and refreshing pool, cute little garden at the back. Staff are very lovely and helpful. Allowed us to store our bags at reception before check in and after check out while we explored around. The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom was spotless clean. We had both a shower cubicle and a jacuzzi type bathtub in the bathroom which was a nice surprise! As the location is on a small side street it is very quiet at night and you can properly relax

    Calling this place fabulous is not an overstatement. We felt like in a Lanna style palace! The whole hotel is beautifully designed. The room was incredibly spacious and not only provided all the expected facilities but also had some wow features such as private jacuzzi bath. The inner-court pool was great. The pool bar served good drinks at reasonable prices. The breakfast was more than generous, with a wide selection of Thai and international meals and desserts. We will definitely come back there next time!

    Went on a recommendation from someone who lives in Chang Mai. Staff lovely and helpful. Pool was a good use of space and clean, but a few broken grids need replacing as trip hazard. Gym was a nice addition, but rower straps are broken so you cant use it. Rooms were big and very clean. Jacuzzi bath was great after a day of walking. Balconies were nice, and best for sun, poolside. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. TV fantastic soze if you want to watch it.

    Early check in was welcomed Offered Breakfast on the day we arrived early The room was beautiful. Double jacuzzi bath 4 poster bed room 101 ground floor . No balcony but pool loungers right outside of the room. Staff extremely friendly . Reception very helpful printed off our boarding cards for us and arranged taxis . You can book all trips at a little desk in the lobby
