Everything was wonderful! I think this is one of my favorite hotels ever, would highly recommend The staff were the most amazing, they went above and beyond constantly. I had every thing i needed, and they made sure of it, they were always two steps ahead. Super friendly, so so helpful and knowledgeable. Couldnt be better. The place is clean, comfortable, up to date. Breakfast is also very good! Definitely stay here.

The hotel is very clean & rooms spacious with a fridge & balcony. Hotel was situated on a beautiful clean beach and had a lovely pool area. The cafe bar was nice and the breakfast was good with a fresh omelette everyday. The hotel staff are super friendly and very polite and helpful. We used the spa twice really lovely and very good price. We went out of season but still found some ok bars and restaurants. We got a taxi easily outside the hotel only £8 to airport and even less to Djerbahood and Souk. My partner got sick and they allowed us to have the room the whole day rather than early checkout which were very grateful for. Mostly French speaking google translate was helpful. Just a reminder don’t expect western standard restaurants but do expect cheap meals. I did look at the suite room during the stay wow massive sea view balcony that would be gorgeous when the weather is hot.

the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic.     The hotel is charming and stylish, personnel is very kind and patient, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant and with a large variety of high quality food. The restaurant is directly on the shore, you can dine looking at the waves with evening breeze, good prices and menu for the guests. Perfect location to relax, enjoy the sea, and visit Djerba.

    Very cozy and clean place with attention to details. Remarkable the free cocktail and food at the sunset for new guests. Every evening a different show is organized with local band and djs. We particularly enjoyed the tribal techno dj set. The cusine is very good and refined. It offers additional services such as spa at a very cheap price and the location in the health of the beach completes their offer. The personell is very kind and discreet. Great value for money.
