The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. My family and I stayed at the Vespia hotel in Istanbul, and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. But what really surprised us was the free buffet of pastries and a wide variety of herbal teas. It was such a lovely touch! My daughter was particularly thrilled with this unexpected treat and couldn't get enough of it. She kept wanting to go back to the lobby just to indulge in the delicious pastries and teas. Speaking of the lobby, it was a truly delightful space. It was quiet, relaxing, and had a charming ambiance that made it a perfect spot to unwind. Before our stay, we had requested an extra bed, and to our delight, the hotel accepted our request without any additional charge. However, when we entered our room, we realized it was a bit small to accommodate the extra bed comfortably. But the hotel staff went above and beyond to find a solution and offered us a bigger room. We really appreciated their effort to ensure our comfort. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel valued and well taken care of. As for the location, it was perfect for those who prefer to be away from the bustling heart of Istanbul. There were two great shopping centers within a maximum 10-minute walk, which was convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Vespia hotel was one of our best experiences. The warm welcome, the surprise buffet, the lovely lobby, the accommodating staff, and the convenient location all contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. "Such a lovely place" indeed!

    very good. They helped with that. Generally the dishes are durable. The newly opened rooms are very good. pool spa has it all. I will definitely come again to Gardan Hotel Beylikdüzü. I will come again during the fair. Everything is good except the elevator
