I recently stayed at a new hotel located in a quiet area. The hotel has been built and decorated in an authentic style, adding to a pleasant atmosphere. A good night's sleep is essential to me, and thankfully, this was achievable here due to the peaceful environment. The room and bathroom were spacious, with a jacuzzi available. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean, something I always appreciate. The option of free parking at the hotel was an added advantage. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged enjoyable sightseeing tours and hot air balloon rides for us at reasonable prices. We also enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, which offered a nice view. I would recommend a stay at this hotel due to the good service, the pleasant atmosphere, and the neat rooms. I believe you will not regret this.

I want to share with my best hotel experience. Even though I have a quite extensive traveling background, “Serenus Cave Suits” in Cappadocia is going to occupy the top place in my list of hotels. I stayed there for a few days. I came here to change the usual pattern of my birthday celebration and it was worth it. Stepping through the gates of the hotel, I was immediately fascinated by the beautiful and incredible view of the building enclosed in the mountain. This is a kind of family hotel, and as the owner told me, it took a lot of time to transform and renovate the family nest into the hotel. The owners made the design of the place using their own imagination and you feel it because even a tiny space was made with great love and care of the guests. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always greeted and smiled at us making our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts in the style of “Turkish breakfast” were amazing and the dinner the staff organized for my birthday was delicious and healthy. To make my day they presented me a cake we shared with the owners and some staff members. We talked, drank nice Turkish tea and I had the feeling of being at home with my family and friends. The location of the hotel is great and from my window, there was a fantastic view. My room was not only perfectly decorated and super cozy but well equipped with all essentials and a Turkish bath. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for tourists who want to feel at the hotel as they are at home. I wish to come to this place again!!!

Everything about this place is magical. The building blends beautifully into the surroundings, and the room felt like something from a fairytale. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was excellent, and Fathima is truly wonderful. I cannot wait to return.

Great location, great staff and the buffet was the best part. It didn't have a lot of options but the items there were delicious and the lady preparing the buffet was very polite and helpful. We arrived early and tired and it wasn't checkout time so the receptionist arranged us a free buffet for that morning The receptionist was really great to talk to as well and handled our Airport transfers. Even though the Airport transfer was early in the morning, one of the boys went to the shops early and got us breakfast because they knew we'll miss the buffet that day. The room was big and cosy, and we could see Hot Air Balloons from our window!

The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are truly the Gem of the hotel. They are very helpful and generous. From the frontdesk to the cleaning ladies, and cafeteria staff. All are very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed to stay in this hotel, and we will recommend it to other friends. The hotel is also near with different stores and restaurants.
