Fantastic experience for all ages. Great half-board buffet selection. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are dated but kept very clean and tidy. The smell of the tatami floors really gives the Japanese relaxing vibe. There are nearby short walks to the waterfall, and within the hotel, plenty of DIY projects, Nintendo Switch, pool and table tennis, traditional music performance and yoga to keep you occupied within the complex.

Everything is perfect to meet our travel needs, and the breakfast was awesome. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The room has got everything that we expected. The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private.
