The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good and plenty of food choices. Availability of fresh fruit and coffee/hot drinks 24 h. Had a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a gym. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was fine. There was a worker there named Teresa. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. I forgot my phone charger, toothbrush, and toothpaste. She found all of those items for me. This woman was so kind and also made others feel welcome while I ate breakfast. She deserves a huge raise! We will definitely be back.

    Close to the highways. Pool and hot tub both very warm and well-maintained. Exactly what we needed for our night's stay in Ames. Front desk staff kindly gave us a ground-floor room so we didn't have to lug several pieces of luggage up the stairs to the second floor.

    Hotel was clean. Had a pool and hot tub but if you had a friend visit they wanted to charge $7 an hour for them to be there.
