Hot tub was clean and hot. Breakfast was good. Buffet style. Eggs and bacon. Sausage gravy biscuits. Coffee. Juice. Newspaper.

We did not like anything. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room had another smell that was strong. Hot tub was green color. Left a day early and didn’t get refunded.

The location. It had a hot tub. It was pet friendly . It had a breakfast that was all right.

The staff here were polite, helpful and efficient. Good job Courtney & Lucy. The breakfast was good and changed near daily. Housekeeping does a great job for the size of this place, possibly a former Brand-dome convention type. Though we did not use, the pool & hot tub area were kept in good shape. In October the weather was really nice. Mentioned this because renovations were in progress throughout, yet room wings remained quiet. A couple exterior doors did not close well, as thresholds not finished yet.

The facility was very clean and the pool/hot tub was nice too. The continental breakfast was substantial and good. There was a billing discrepancy and the staff was expeditious in resolving.

I liked the pool and hot tub and the comfortable bed! The big refrigerator was great too! The statues outside were a nice touch too.

Worked well breakfast good, location good, city of Craig o.k. did visit Steamboat went on to Utah from there. possibly stay next year on vacation. Was in out route while on vacation. Parking lot is good, pool and jacuzzi good.
