Spacious condo with everything you might need including wonderful ocean views and a great shared pool and very helpful hosts. A few top quality roadside stalls near to for bread flowers and excellent Burritos. The day we left we sat on the balcony (huge) looking at the sea and just wished we had a few more days.

Excellent location. Delicious food. Perfect for visiting the local area. We were so grateful that your staff stored our luggage after check out. And also allowed us to shower before our late night flight out. We were so hot and stinky from enjoying our last day on the island. We are so grateful and forever sing your praises. Everything was awesome! kitchen was well equipped. There were 3 beach chairs, 2 snorkel masks and an umbrella and 2 different size coolers for beach "pop" or snack. 4 ice cube trays in the freezer and ice pack . they were full of ice when we arrived, which was incredibly. We left them full for the next person. Banyan beach across the street was quiet and peaceful watching the surfers, and the sunset there was amazing. It's not really a "swimming" beach. quick drive to most things a small store next store with a little bit of everything. Bed was comfortable. The room was incredibly clean. Instructions to get in we're clear and simple. a/c was a new window unit but worked well it would cool the room in 15-20 minutes. Yes it's not silent, but it wasn't obnoxious either. would 10 out of 10 recommend this place as a place to stay. The view was nice you could see the waves crashing on the beach and hear them clearly. Turtles swim in and out of the tide pools while you sit on the beach.

    Lovely resort, well managed, always looks pristine. 3 pools with jacuzzi, one next to the ocean. Apartment overlooking the golf fairway was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Resort is tucked away in a quiet position with a shopping centre, petrol and food nearby. Easy drive into Kona and nice drive Volcano.

    The house was perfectly suited for our party, spacious, air conditioned bedrooms and number of bathrooms matching the bedrooms, was all very convenient. House is very privately located on a dead end cul de sac, fenced in and quiet. The pool and hot tub were perfect for afternoons, evenings after the beach. The kitchen was spacious for everyone to mill around. We enjoyed the local beach, which is only 10 min walk from the house. We would be happy to come again!

    Everything! Sandra is wonderful and so is her house. The location is very convenient. The house is awesome : spacious, comfortable, a lot of equipement, perfectly decorated with Sandra's beautiful art. The pool and hot tube are perfect after or before an exhausting day. The backyard is just a gem, fruits everywhere and so relaxing. We had a wonderful time! Mahalo Sandra :)
