Everything about this place is exceptional - the location is the star of the show with the motel being set directly on the lake. Our room was just steps away from the heated pool, hot tub, deck with fire pit and grill overlooking the lake and the private beach. To be able to eat breakfast on the deck, go for a morning swim in the lake then warm up in the hot tub was bliss. Equally, eating dinner on the deck then watching the sun set sat warm around the fire pit was the perfect way to end the day. The rooms were large and spotless, thoughtful touches like good quality coffee and hot chocolate were provided, all the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping to the pool cleaner were warm and helpful, and the other guests were friendly and considerate. The location really can’t be beaten - we’ve stayed all over the world in places ranging from backpacker to luxury and to get those facilities in that kind of location at that price point is unheard of. Absolutely wonderful in every way, we will certainly be back (and will stay for longer next time)!

A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

    Close to the shore, it was the perfect place to spend 3 days.(We had the room 524). Super quiet. Great mattress. Über clean. The bathroom was furnished with everything, not just tiny samples. Access to a private beach (and during 4th of July and the hordes of tourists on any beach in Tahoe, that was a plus). Staff is great as well. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

    The view from our room was amazing. The grounds are well maintained and you can tell the owners care and reinvest in the property. The pool and the hot tub were great. The fire pit at night was a nice touch. Corn Hole and Ping Pong also. The beds were comfortable.

    This is a 5 star location directly at one of the best views in Lake Tahoe. Great place to relax and swim and enjoy the sun on the beautiful patio. You can walk everywhere in the town for dinner (and bring back to eat outside on the patio) or BBQ on one of their grills. The hot tub literally has one of the best views of the lake.

    This place was such a gem! Location is perfectly situated so you're driving against traffic to get to Northstar. It only took us 15 minutes while our friends were stuck in traffic for an hour coming in from Truckee. The house was well appointed and tidy. We couldn't get the hot tub to work while we were there which was a shame, but can report that the water was sparkling clean. The 2 big beds were comfortable.

    Loved the location - right on the beach. Room was spacious and had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Hot tub and pool were fun. I rented a kayak from the place across the street and was able to go in the water right there!
