Warm welcome from reception. Room was spotless - thanks Jasmine! - and I got lost (standard) and both housekeeping staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. As a solo female traveller, having to use my room key to open all doors and use lift was reassuring. The patio was lush, the pool looked so good. My room was really comfy and warm, shower was hot and powerful. Bed was really cozy. The offer of early evening snacks was brilliant, and the lady behind the bar, and Andre were both really pleasant and helpful.

Surrounded by museums, gardens and entertainment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania city centre, this hotel offers a convenient location near a variety of attractions as well as enjoyable amenities.

This is the second time I booked my hotel stay here to park my vehicle while traveling. It is cheaper than parking at the airport and their shuttle services are always on time and professional.
