Beautiful clean large room with a VERY comfortable bed! Excellent shower. The laundry facility was very good too. It was excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend. We walked to the Ruth Chris steakhouse which was great and there is an Aldi just past the property.

This Middletown inn is 10 minutes’ walk from fishing and boating in the Connecticut River and Wesleyan University is 5 minutes’ walk away.

Lobby was bright and welcoming. Breakfast area was clean and large. Good variety of foods. Room was clean and had a microwave and bar fridge. Good location and close to restaurants and shopping.

Easy to find and close enough to New Haven to make it good seeing the sights and Yale. The first room we were offered was dark and had a narrow high up window which you could not see out of. We were offered an alternative immediately and without fuss. The room was old fashioned but was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.
