I was shocked how nice this "Resort" was. Not a normal Holiday Inn Express this is a Resort. Very nice, quiet and clean resort. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient to fun: Casino, restaurant on site or nearby restaurants, walking into downtown Deadwood, close to outdoor theatre for movies/music, and convenient drive to Spearfish Canyon, Mt Rushmore, etc.

All staff were very professional and friendly, the whole facility was very clean and well looked after. Breakfast room had ample seating and food was well stocked. Pool area (hot tub) was also clean and very enjoyable after a long day. Our room was very comfortable.

    The pool was large and hot tub looked clean. Nice large seating area around the pool. Easy access from interstate. Staff were very friendly. Our room had recently been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. AC worked great.

    The room smelled very bad, there was a dead fly stuck to the bathroom mirror and yellow stains running down the wall. Gross. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk.
