Great hotel in a beautiful location. Receptionist gave us an upgrade to a king room with jacuzzi and fabulous ocean view., as booking had given us a ‘pet room’ which we did not ask for. We had no pets. The restaurant and bar are run separate from the hotel. Good idea to make reservations as they are extremely short staffed and the wait for drinks at the bar and a table in the restaurant was very long. The steak was good, even though the staff seems really overworked.

The best thing for us was the fenced yard and the ability to bring our dogs, and the view. I thought the dog kennel was a great idea and while we didn't use it it was great for my open suitcase. I enjoyed the hot tub but would have liked some instructions for using it. (more than the posted rules)
