All services exceeded my expectations despite busy business during the holiday. There are many restaurant options and the service was fast. There are 12 pools so it was not hard to find a less busy pool. Kids club is huge with lots of fun activities. There's even a science museum within. We feel like 3 days were not enough to do everything. My 3yo had such a great time. There's a food court for lunch with less $$. The room is so spacious and there are 2 toilets. I've never stayed any resort with 2 bathrooms. We loved everything abt Alma and definitely would come back. One of the best resorts.

The resort hotel was beyond our expectation. It was huge with lots of amenities. The design and architecture was great. The room, even better, and the beach front, absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was the best by far with a great spread of varieties. We took the full board, which includes lunch and dinner. Lunch is plated but it was amazing as well. The dinner was also excellent. Overall experience, it's definitely worth staying.
