The property was so clean, rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

We stayed at Meritel Hotel in June 2024, and it served as a base point for our adventures in the Northern Vietnam. The location is very advantageous, all the principal tourist attractions are within walking distance. Despite the pretty active street life, the rooms were really quiet. The breakfast is respectable, there are options for both local cuisine enthusiasts and more traditional people. We can confidently say that Meritel stands out among many hotels worldwide due to its customer service. It is simply exceptional, from the lobby staff to the management. Daisy, if you read this, we love you! You are the best manager we have ever met. Thank you for all your help and assistance. All in all, Meritel is undeniably one of the best picks for Hanoi visitors.

Third stay during our visit to Vietnam. Superb hotel with great architecture and nice design . Great location ( close to Old Quarter while very calm) . Room well equiped with all the commodities and beyond. A special cheerful mention to all the staff . The gym was great, spacious and quiet most of the times. there is a sauna and cold jacuzzi as well. We got massages at night from the hotel and it was amazing, so comfortable and relaxing

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
