The property was so clean, rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

Great location in the heart of Hanoi. The breakfast was very good with a mix of a la carte and buffet. The staff were tremendously nice and professional. This is a new hotel so the rooms are very fresh and clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive to our needs, giving advice and helping at every moment we required it. The room was magnificent, quiet and equipped with anything you would need for a stay. Conveniently located, but calm and endearing. Comfortable beds, great shower, and very clean rooms, the private balcony was an amazing benefit which we appreciated immensely. We recommend this hotel highly to everyone visiting Hanoi, the price is completely worth every penny. Thanks again for the special arrangement for our honeymoon, it was a nice touch!

The gym was great, spacious and quiet most of the times. there is a sauna and cold jacuzzi as well. We got massages at night from the hotel and it was amazing, so comfortable and relaxing

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
