Stayed 4 nights here and what a wonderful hotel this was. Right from the start we were assisted by the lovely Nancy during our whole stay. She booked trips, shuttles, gave lots of info… Everything we needed to feel right at home. The food was also great and the rooms were luxurious and clean.

Great hospitality of staffs! My friend got sick when we arrived to Hoian. They were so kind and took care of her. Furthermore they gave me special guidance for touring around Hoian. Thanks to the guidance, I enjoyed the sightseeing there even alone. The hotel decorations were tasteful and clean. I definitely will stay this hotel when I come to Hoian.

This Hotel in Hoi An was perfect for us travelling with Family, not too far from the town center but not too close from the traffic and crowds. The place gets you settled in Hoi An perfectly well. Everything about our stay here was just perfect. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We loved coming back after exploring the town. Also loved the food they serve here. Breakfast had many options for everyone and dinner was very delicious as well. The pool area is amazing and I can´t even find the right words to say how absolutely amazing are all the staff. It was my birthday during our stay here and they even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I loved everything! The resort is amazing. Very peaceful, a perfect place where you can have the best relax! The staff was extremely kind and the service excellent! The beach is beautiful as well as the bar on the beach where sipping great cocktails. Also the food was delicious!! I also went to their SPA and I had a relaxing head massage. It was super!! I will go back for sure!!

We loved everything. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival for free, and greeted with juice and towels for our hands after a long day in the heat. All receptionists and staff were exceptional, so helpful and kind. They helped us organise two day trips. The pool is stunning, and the resorts has a great 2 for 1 cocktail deal each day - definitely worth trying out ! They offer free bikes to cycle around the area, they have a beautiful spa ( that I didn’t have time to use unfortunately but wished I did) Definitely come and visit this resort if in Hoi An, it’s 5 stars!
