Excellent location, fantastic view from the room. This is a proper beachfront hotel. Went straight to the beach after checking in. The staffs are so honest & accommodating. No a single frown or sulky face. The property is kept clean. They kept adding bean bags for guest at the beach. Definitely one of the best in the island. Breakfast spread was good. Good balance of local & western cuisine. I left my Oakley shades behind and they informed me they found it. There’s a couple of restaurants and even a grocery shop within 2minutes of walking.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its perfect location, nestled by the magical emerald sea, where the water shimmers beautifully under the sun. The atmosphere here is truly serene and luxurious, making it the ideal getaway for relaxation. The staff deserves special praise—they are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, and go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of our trip was the bike tour with our amazing guide, Phu. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey even more enjoyable, showing us breathtaking landscapes and sharing fascinating insights about the area. It was an experience we will cherish forever! The interiors and exteriors of the hotel are simply flawless—every detail is carefully thought out, from the elegant design of the rooms to the beautifully maintained gardens and common areas. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, making every moment here special. And of course, the food deserves a special mention! Every meal felt like a culinary journey, with incredibly delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The variety of flavors and fresh ingredients made every dining experience exciting and memorable. Whether it was breakfast with a view of the sea or a romantic dinner under the stars, each bite was a delight. This hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way! Everything from the service to the ambiance, the food, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. We would rate it even higher than 10/10 if we could! great collection very easy to get to the beach . mss as by yours went from the top of the street at John’s office . all of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant . my daughter became sick while we were there and they went out of their way to help her . The manager even got his staff to make her some prawn broth to help settle her stomach . A very pleasant place to stay with the most lovely staff

We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.
