A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. Clean and chic hotel located very close to the city centre. Staff is helpful and friendly. Nice view with nice breakfast. Can’t ask for anything more! One improvement is the communication of local tour arrangement. I have signed up for a group tour to cat cat village and ba hac market, but in the end was arranged for a private tour to cat cat village only with price change making known to me after the trip. I was fine with paying for a private tour to cat cat village in the end because I did enjoy private time with a knowledgeable local. However, under normal circumstance, if you sign up for a group tour but ended up only with one guest, you should only be charged for group tour price. Otherwise, the price change should have been communicated upfront.

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Loved our spacious, aesthetically pleasing room with a nice bathtub with bath salt, and the view of surrounding mountains from the room. I also took advantage of their pool (I went there on a chilly day so I took a cold plunge but you get used to it and the view is great), jacuzzi (hot/warm water of course) and gym (has squat rack and more). Also enjoyed their breakfast buffet, and their Vietnamese food especially pho was pretty good. And I loved that they served banh cuon and that you can make your own cafe sua with Vietnamese coffee beans. The staff there is really friendly, sweet and helpful, and they hooked us up with a nice birthday treat for my mom! Thank you so much!! For what we paid, our overall experience far exceeded our expectations.

This was such an amazing property to stay at, very much unexpected… Room was super quaint, hosts were very friendly, breakfast was lovely, we even had a wooden soaker bathtub in our room that was so appreciated after day of hiking !!Would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve!

We traveled with two other couples. Upon arrival, served hot local tea. Reception pleasantly surprised us with complementary upgraded mountain view rooms close to each other which really made the visit to Sapa special. Later they arranged day trekking to ethnic villages with local guide. Location is ideal near the church, restaurants,, Sun Group for Fansipan cable car, etc. Breakfast has good mix of Asian and Western dishes, eggs prepared to order. Luxury trains back to Hanoi were all booked, but the manager worked diligently to search, find and book us in three 2X suites. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Sapa was truly memorable. We arrived at the hotel around 5am after an overnight bus from Hanoi, exhausted and sleepy. Tyler, a cheerful young man, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly lifted our spirits. As we waited in the lobby for our 10am check-in, the sunrise began to light up the mountains—and Tyler surprised us with two cups of hot tea. It was the perfect way to start the day, sipping tea while soaking in the breathtaking view. At 10am, we checked into a room with a stunning view that we enjoyed throughout our three-night stay. One day, we planned to visit the glass bridge and consulted Tyler about transportation. Not only did he offer helpful suggestions, but he also recommended other nearby spots to explore, making our day even more special. Though Tyler works the evening shift, he made a special trip to the hotel at noon on our departure day just to say goodbye. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. We’re deeply grateful to Tyler and the entire team for their attentive care and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our time in Sapa so unforgettable.

    Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
