Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.

There is a lounge with a fireplace, and wellness centre with a steam bath and jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi can be found in reception. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The room is very big, so is the bed, and comfortable! The old Town and shopping area is within walking distance. This is a beautiful hotel.

Most of them have a private balcony. I love everything about the hotel! The friendly staff, the gym, the spa, the rooms, the location, the value and the pool!

We’ve lived in Europe for two years and this was arguably the best hotel we’ve visited. Strongly recommend.

Pablo was the best receptionist ever, he gave us the best spot to park our car, the best free wardrobes, and free bath tubs. He was always with a huge smile saluting us. Adult guests at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa have daily access to the impressive Sport Wellness Mountain Spa for free for 2 consecutive hours per day. It includes pools of varying temperatures, a large pool with jets and 2 outdoor hydrotherapy baths with views of the slopes. Please take note that , these pools are not for swim. No pools for swim are available in Winter season.We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions. Also, it is very important you consider before reserving a room that Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Bear in mind, that swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit and mandatory to be used always inside it. Primarily the staff namely Victor and Reuben and Sabine. Have to mention Sophia in Koy restaurant indeed all the staff there Maria’s pastry skill are exceptional.
