The apartments are pretty large and have all the utensils that are necessary. And the view from the window and the bar down the valley is beautiful!

Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request. We loved everything from the nice lady at the reception to the outdoor jacuzzi, and the super clean rooms, great stay!

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Incredible staff, lovely, modern hotel, within a short walking distance from everything you want to see in Andorra. The entire staff went out of the way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We’ve lived in Europe for two years and this was arguably the best hotel we’ve visited. Strongly recommend.

Pablo was the best receptionist ever, he gave us the best spot to park our car, the best free wardrobes, and free bath tubs. He was always with a huge smile saluting us. Sport Hotel Hermitage and Spa and Hermitage Mountain Residences, Leading Hotels of the World, are a few meters next to the Grandvalira Ski Lifts in Soldeu and give you the opportunity to enjoy amazing... Primarily the staff namely Victor and Reuben and Sabine. Have to mention Sophia in Koy restaurant indeed all the staff there Maria’s pastry skill are exceptional.
