Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.

We also really liked the sustainable aspect of it. The spa was great too and an amazing experience sitting in the hot tub and sauna looking at the mountains :) we highly recommend it and will come back for sure! :)
