They are very endearing and go out of their way to ensure first class hospitality. The location is great, but you need a car. This boutique hotel was designed by them and built in 2012 with special attention to ensure that every room has that awesome view of the surrounding mountains. The library and the furnishings are a testament to their impeccable taste. They are both so cultured and conversing with them was a treat. Argentina holds a special place in our hearts, this being our third trip to the country, and our stay at Casona del Alto served to further strengthen that bond.

Plenty of space in our cabin. The pool table and hot tub is a huge added bonus! Good restaurants and supermarkets within 10 mins walk from the property. The lake is about a 30 mins walk.

Bayo Ski Resort is 2 km away and Puerto Manzano is a 5-minute drive. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is so nice and clean and the owners and other staff are friendly and helpful. The lodge is beautiful and very clean. The area is quiet and nice for walking to near by places to eat. We will be going back soon.
