Huge, well-equipped wellness department. The breakfast was plentiful, satisfying all needs, the dinner selection was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main ski lift. The hotel also provides ski storage in a comfortable, heated storage room. The hotel staff is kind, attentive and very polite.

The hotel was superb and exceptionally clean. Spa and sauna facilities were very well taken care of. Hotel personnel were very proactive and helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend the hotel. All in all a very pleasant stay at a beautiful location. The location of the hotel is also great - very close to hiking routes and spa.

Located in Bad Gastein, less than 1 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station, Nefer, Haus provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. A hot tub and a ski equipment rental service are available for guests. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. We stayed at house Nefer for two nights during the off season (october) and enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts Andreas and Edda welcomed us with open arms and treated us like friends rather than guests. Andreas took time to explain activities and locations for us and even checked for open restaurants and possible routes for walking or other possible activities. Andreas and Edda spent an evening with us in the wine cellar explaining and drinking different wines with us and having a good conversation with us about the history of the House which belonged to the german actor Georg Thomalla and his wife before they bought it. The location of this house is perfect and only a few minutes from the city center. We arrived by train and walking there from the train station only takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the route. The house has a beautiful interior with interesting designer furniture and accessories everywhere you look. Our double room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and dining area, which can be used by guests is very spacious and has everything you need, including a fridge for guests. The breakfast prepared by Edda had everything you can wish for and was prepared for exactly the time we wanted to get up. The whirlpool which we could use even late at night was clean and a lovely experience. Andreas and Edda provide a very welcoming atmosphere and we wish them the very best for their future.

The Goldberg’s spa area comprises a heated indoor swimming pool, different saunas, a steam bath, and an outdoor hot tub. You can also sunbathe on the terrace or in the garden which also comes with a swimming pond. Amazing stay. Exceptional staff. Big hotel, but you do not get this feeling as architect obviously know how to design it.
