The spa area features a steam bath and a sauna, as well as a wide range of massage, beauty and wellness treatments. The building itself, and the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff, especially Wolfgang at the front desk, was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we had more time to spend exploring and enjoying the amenities of the hotel because they seemed very luxurious.

Plenty of room for a short trip away. Excellent communication with the host. All facilities available. Very comfortable beds, lovely jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Easy access to the buses into Salzburg. 20 mins bus ride. Supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away.

The Doktorwirt is a centuries-old inn with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a spa area with sauna, steam bath, solarium, and gym. We loved everything about this hotel. It was traditional and homely, beautiful and well maintained inside and out. The family who own and run the hotel are always around to help and are so friendly and accommodating. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous! So Peaceful.
