View is good but not the greatest in the area. Easy check in ( late at night) and Easy check out process. It has washing / drying machines.

Location was great, amenities fantastic, staff very friendly and restaurant pizza was great!

The location is perfect, just a short distance from the lifts (gondolas), making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The good food choice provided by the lovely family added to the charm of the experience. Their positive energy and dedication to their guests made our stay even more memorable. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay close to the slopes!

A true culinary experience that elevates the stay. The bathroom was spacious and charming, with a small window. The heated floors were such a thoughtful touch, especially during the cold days—it made the area feel extra warm and cozy. The spa, though small, was well equipped and had such a peaceful vibe. Everything in the hotel was well-organized, clean, and clearly cared for. You could tell the team took pride in making it a perfect home away from home for their guests. And speaking of the team—they were exceptional. The vibe in the hotel felt like one big family. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. The ski rental shop is just around the corner, and the slopes are only a six-minute walk away, even with full gear. The village itself is adorable, and the other guests staying at the hotel were just as pleasant, making the whole experience even better. We truly can't wait to come back! Boutique-Hotel Bauer is a hidden gem that offers more than just a place to stay—it offers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Our package included breakfast und dinner with 5 courses - every meal has been delicious and we enjoyed all of them. Our rooms were perfect, really comfy beds and with a fantastic view. We loved the SPA, also the treatments (beauty and massages) have been extraordinary! The idea of offering teen-treatments in the SPA is remarkable. Our two teens loved the stay very much. The location is great for every thinkable adventure. Our dog Pepsi was very fond of the dog bed - I already bought the same for Pepsi at home.

A gym, massages and beauty treatments are also offered. In summer, guests can relax on the Sky Terrace on the fifth floor. Staff was amazing; super friendly and helpful. Most were bilingual which is a huge plus.
