All the staff were friendly and did their best to help. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was perfect. We rented a car and were able to get valet service at a nearby parking lot. It is also pet friendly. It was an unforgettable trip to Budapest.

The location was amazing- very central and one could walk anywhere from there. The room we got was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice, they even offer snacks throughout the day at the breakfast area. The most striking thing, however, was the service- it was immaculate! We were treated with utmost respect, the staff was very polite and helpful at any point of the day and we were truly blown away by their service! All in all, great experience! Very grateful to the staff for the wonderful weekend!

Attention to detail in the room- mini bar well stocked, we had a notice telling us what other extras the hotel can offer. Very clean- extra comfy pillows. Nice spa- 1st 2 hours of the day are for hotel guests only which is great.
