The property was good. But the money you guys charge for the cleaning that’s not fair because we pay enough money to cover everything. Also, cleaning wasn’t even provided in the middle of the stay and we need to arrange the toilet paper and tissues as well. It’s very sad to pay the extra money to cover the cleaning. I never book through you guys again. It wasn’t end of lease cleaning ☹️☹️

Located on One Mile Beach, Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach boasts an outdoor pool and a tennis court. You can dine at the on-site restaurant, and children will enjoy a kids club and a playground. So close to the beach! Real family vibe around.. highly recommend

Steps from the white sand and sparkling water of the beach, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Shoal Bay features well-furnished apartments. We stayed at the Breakwater apartments and the property was very clean and spacious for our family and grandparents. Shoal bay in general is a great spot for young families. Not crowded and enough food places to choose from that's walking distance from the Ramada. We didn't need to make any bookings which was a nice surprise.

Visited by friendly magpies, kookaburras and possums, surrounded by gums and the sound of the ocean. Very relaxing. The surrounding areas are lovely too, lots to do for families. The cabin was very clean too, the kids had a blast. Will utilise the wellness centre on our next visit!
