We stayed at Ivy Garden Hotel as a family and had an absolutely fantastic time! From the start, the hotel felt welcoming and cozy — exactly what you need when traveling with kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the spa was a real treat (the massages were amazing!), and the training room was perfect for a quick workout to recharge after busy days exploring Baku. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. A huge thank you to the morning crew — Nuray, Murad, and Orue — for their warmth, friendliness, and all the little extra touches that made both us and our kids feel so well cared for. It’s not just about good service — it’s about feeling genuinely welcome, and they absolutely delivered that every day. Of course, no hotel is 100% perfect, but thanks to the positive atmosphere and the incredible people working there, we honestly had an excellent experience. Ivy Garden Hotel is now our first choice for when we come back to Baku. Highly recommended for families and anyone who wants a stay that feels personal and heartwarming!

Featuring a private beach, an on-site restaurant, and free spa facilities for guests, Sapphire Marine is located in the coastal village of Bibiheybat. The receptionist are amazingly nice and helpful. I really loved the treatment. They treated us with respect and helped us make our stay so much comfortable by their beautiful smile. They are the gold of the resort. Please they deserve the best. Location was excellent just right at the edge of Old City of Baku with a beautiful view of the Caspian Sea. Amazing room, excellent hospitality.

The location is perfect — close to everything but still in a quiet and safe area. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Baku — we’d love to come back!
