The hotel reception is very large. It has a restaurant plus two very cozy lobbies. There are two restaurants in the hotel, on the ground floor and the 1st floor, both with spaces for smokers and non-smokers. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied. Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit. They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per day The New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.

On the day we were coming we asked it be possible to check in few ours earlier and they were super kind to make it happen. Hotel looks exactly as in the pictures. Locations is really good not too far from airport, beach, shops. Rooms are specious, well equipped and very clean. The whole area is actually looked after and clean. We felt like at home. Quiet setting. Good and safe place to go with kids, as the area is small and manageable. The beach is small and not crowded. The shuttle bus runs every two hours from the hotel to the beach and back to the hotel.
