Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.
