The hotel is beautiful and its very convenient to travel to the town center because the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could be back again.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. An absolutely divine stay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms cozy with breathtaking mountain views. The food was exquisite, and the spa experience left us completely relaxed. What can be more beautiful than drinking your coffee with such amazing views? Every detail, from the service to the serene surroundings, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
