The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The location is walking distance from interlaken ost, hotel room is modern and clean look like new building. We are really happy with our stay.

Set amidst large gardens and featuring a sun terrace with views of the Jungfrau mountain range. All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. the most unexceptional experience we’ve ever had. fantastic restaurant for dinner. helpful and acknowledged staff. rooms are quite old, but have enough place and unbelievable view to the main thing of the region. it was perfect stay.
