Everything is super clean, the view from the outside area and from the living room is just amazing.. The staff is really clear giving all the information and even recommendations. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Luzern.

Every room has a private bathroom equipped with a bath and walk-in shower, own bathroom health amenities, free coffee & tea facilities as well as soft drinks from the minibar. Breakfast and the SPA department are particularly good. The hotel's location in the middle of beautiful Swiss nature is exceptional. I highly recommend it.

Spa facilities include various saunas and steam baths, an ice grotto, a hot tub, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. This is one of the best hotels out there. From the very start the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was absolutely stunning and the food was 10/10. It's located in a cute/quiet town. It's absolutely perfect for a Christmas holiday!
