The reception staff was very helpful and also provides regular ski shuttle. Better than a normal hotel room.

Interesting diagonal lift to 9th floor. Built on a slope in the woods with direct access to slopes on skis (when there is enough snow). Garage parking space with trolley to manoeuvre luggage. Amazing views of landscape on bus ride from Chur. Easy to get to from Zurich with direct train to Chur and connecting post buses.

The restaurant Camino serves Italian specialties as well as international cuisine, and guests can relax in the bar after a day in the mountains. The staff here was amazing friendly and the property was super clean and well-appointed. I didn't try the breakfast, but the location really can't be beat -- right in the heart of Laax village next to both the Curnius gondola and the main Crap Sogn Gion gondola. Lots of eating and shopping options, just a few minutes walk away.
