Guests can also access the Yogi Booster Bar free of charge. This was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at,the facilities, room, staff, location, view and amenities were just all superb. Truly a memorable experience.

The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Sumptuous architecture, antiques and fine reproductions steep guests in the glorious past in both public and private spaces. On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

Enjoy the fitness, health and wellness facilities in the 2000 m² Fairmont Spa. Access to the Fairmont Spa is included in the room rate. It offers an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, fitness room, sauna and hammam. Great location to access Christmas markets and train station. Pool and spa facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were delighted with everything it had to offer, including the rooms, the stunning views, and the exceptionally friendly staff. The spa area provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the location of the hotel was truly outstanding. It provided a serene and tranquil environment that allowed us to unwind and find peace. We loved our experience so much that we are already planning to return in the future, and we definitely recommend this place to our friends.
