Every staff member was kind, generous, and professional. The room was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains, the same stunning views you get from the spa and pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the whole ambience felt warm and cozy, like a peaceful mountain prairie. Overall, the perfect place to relax and release stress. I will definitely come back!

The location was really great with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. Owner was super helpful and communicative, the place was stylish, high quality and very clean. We loved the hot tub, but if you are heating it from cold it will take about 3 hours… however once it’s hot it will be warm enough the next evening to use it without heating up again.

Built in a typical Swiss chalet style, Hotel Restaurant Bänklialp is just 500 meters from the centre of Engelberg. It offers rooms with a balcony, free Wi-Fi in public areas. I liked everything. It was one of the best days. Thank you.

We arrived at 1 AM, they put the keys and check in form in the receptionist so we can straight to go to our room. Hassle free. With the classic exterior building, surprisingly the interior is super modern. The location is perfect. Few steps to kids playground, pharmacies, supermarket, train station, and 10 minutes walking distance to cable car to go to Titlis. The breakfast is simple but heart-warming. We always late to have breakfast but they still give us the best service. Excellent!!
