Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Very convenient location from the train, check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast included was fantastic, best included breakfasts we have ever had.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. I liked the perfect location, just a few minutes from the train station. I also liked the design and the small spa with sauna and jacuzzi.

The food in both the grill restaurant and the breakfast spot was absolutely fantastic. I love every little detail of the hotels and will return if we visit Zermatt again.

Property is located close to the city center with restaurants and a grocery store. The views from our balcony in the front of the hotel were fantastic. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of a small village versus a large city or town. If you want to get away from the multitude of tourists this is the place.
